Wild marjoram was considered a symbol of peace, love and friendship in ancient times. These days, it is better known for its healing powers – helping the body to recover and hydrate.The marjoram we use to create our tea grows at 1800m above sea level in the northern alps of Albania.

Rose hips are  full of polyphenols, carotenoids and vitamins C and E, all of which have powerful antioxidants. Antioxidants protect your cells against aging and chronic conditions. The rosehips we use grow in the northern alps of Albania. 

Cinnamon is one of the most used spices known from the older times. Today there are plenty of reasons to add warming cinnamon to your diet. It's high in antioxidants, which may help protect against disease, inflammation and aging.
